Amy Darwin is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Her litigation practice is concentrated in defending employers and insurers in workers' compensation matters. Her practice includes defending matters at trial and handling appeals through the administrative process and through state appellate courts.
Ms. Darwin advises clients on the compensability of workers' compensation claims. She assists clients in handling issues including notice, accident/injury, and causation for specific injuries, repetitive trauma injuries and occupational diseases. She works with clients to put policies in place regarding the prevention of work injuries and managing the process after an injury is reported or alleged.
