Abby Risner is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Risner represents clients in commercial and civil litigation matters. Ms. Risner has experience in all aspects of litigation, from drafting and arguing written and oral motions to complex discovery disputes, preparing jury instructions, trial, and post-trial matters.
Ms. Risner has experience litigating electronic discovery issues, managing all sizes of electronic discovery in both state and federal courts, and with the forensic collection and analysis of electronically stored information.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Risner was a student clerk for United States Magistrate Judge Terry I. Adelman.
