Ms. Wymore is an Officer in the Litigation Practice Group. She represents clients in litigation in the following areas: First Amendment, communications, media, advertising and technology law, unfair competition, intellectual property and labor and employment.
Ms. Wymore has been an instructor of Media Law and Regulation at the University of Missouri, St. Louis, and is the American Bar Association’s Forum on Communications Law. She has authored articles on media-related issues which have appeared in various legal publications, co-wrote Chapter 14 of the Missouri Media Law Handbook, entitled “Eavesdropping, Wiretapping and Hidden Cameras,” and has lectured extensively on communications and media related issues.
