Mr. Yusman is an Officer in the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group. Mr. Yusman’s practice emphasizes intellectual property causes at the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. Copyright Office. He counsels and advises clients on issues of trade secrets, unfair competition, brand choice and management, acquisition or divestiture strategies and evaluation, assessment, protection and exploitation of works of authorship. Mr. Yusman works with clients on publishing contracts and the copyright associated with the contracts. He also performs brand reviews for clients.
