Mr. Lepper is and Officer and the Manager of the Immigration Practice Group. His immigration practice focuses on advising clients on business immigration issues, with the goal of helping employers build and sustain an adequate workforce.

With a focus on business immigration, Mr. Lepper assists a wide range of employers in various industries. While he has developed a experience working with entities which employ health care professionals, he also maintains an active practice of assisting clients in high-tech, research and education, construction and general business industries. Mr. Lepper counsels clients on both the opportunities and obligations involved in employing foreign workers as part of their workforce.

Mr. Lepper also assists all types of employers with advice on their employment eligibility verification obligations under the federal I-9 verification program. He assists employers in evaluating strategies and developing processes for addressing employment eligibility verification for compliance issues.
